what are the cures for chronic depression?
my doc has been quite vague with how to overcome it.
Well, first and foremost, you shouldn't expect to have a pill cure all of your chronic depression, especially if you're looking for a long term result. I would definitely recommend finding a good counselor to help you work out the cause of the depression so you can actually prevent it from coming back.
If you would like something more in the meantime, there are some natural products that help with mood. There is St. John's Wort, SAMe, some B-Vitamins, GABA, Ashwagandha, and L-Theanine as the most popular and effective products.
(edit): I looked at that Relagen website, and it's just a name brand of simple Relora… but Relora doesn't help with stress, it helps with stress hormones that may increase appetite.
